Nestled in the heart of the Millevaches Regional Natural Park in Corrèze, France, Le Jardin Perdu was born in 2015 from a passion that remains close to my heart: creating beautiful cards and paper goods that bring joy while helping to protect nature.
My name is Katherine, and I am the founder of Le Jardin Perdu. Since the beginning of this adventure, I have been designing and making original, delicate and environmentally conscious creations, inspired by a simple idea: what if a little message, a thoughtful gesture or a cherished memory could also give life to beautiful flowers?
All Le Jardin Perdu creations are designed and made here in France, using post-consumer recycled paper embedded with pollinator-friendly flower seeds.
Once their message has been read and their purpose fulfilled, they can be planted in a pot or directly in the garden and watered. With a little patience, beautiful flowers begin to grow, providing a valuable source of food for bees, butterflies and other pollinators.
Fully biodegradable, our creations are designed to leave no waste behind, but rather a beautiful little mark on nature: flowers to watch grow and bloom with the changing seasons.
Because every detail matters, I choose packaging that is as environmentally friendly as possible.
The labels and paper shred used to prepare your orders are also made from seed paper embedded with pollinator-friendly flower seeds. Even the little details that accompany your creations can have a second life!
To protect your orders during delivery, I also use acid-free tissue paper and shipping boxes made from recycled paper. Because caring for nature is also about the little things, I select every packaging material with care.
Choosing a plantable card or another Le Jardin Perdu creation means giving more than just a beautiful piece of paper. It means sharing a thoughtful gesture, bringing joy while caring for nature, and making a small contribution to protecting biodiversity.
This is the idea that has inspired me since 2015 and continues to guide every creation: making beautiful things that bring happiness to the people who receive them, while making a little more room for nature.
